Book a neuroaffirming OT!

Crystal Mulligan, MS, OTR/L [ NY, NJ,] … TX coming soon!

Hi I’m Crystal, your AuDHD OT! Pronouns She/her. Special interests: sensory processing, neurodiversity, crafting, reading and looking at bodies of water. I have spent the last decade educating myself on neurodiversity, and discovering my own neurodiversity (and chronic migraine and hEDS) along the way. I studied Occupational Therapy at New York University and am honored to be able to use my knowledge to help people live their best, most authentic lives. I have worked with individuals across the life span (literally 6 months to 106 years old!) and in various settings (home, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, clinics). Yes, I know my ADHD is showing. Each setting and person is different but what remains the same is my overall approach. I get to know each person I work with as a whole, how their physical & mental capabilities, environment, support system, interests, wants and needs all interact with each other. In my practice I bring evidenced based approaches, an understanding of the human nervous system, as well as lived experience as a neurodivergent adult. Together we will work to better understand your neurotype and what tools or adaptations we can make to help you reach your goals.

Jules Houk, DOT, OTR/L [OH]… TX availability coming soon!)

Hi, I am Jules, an AuDHD craft and coffee loving OT! Pronouns (they/them). I have a lifelong obsession with fiber arts, particularly knitting and sewing. I am a lover of live (LOUD) music, spicy food, making zines, gardening, and hiking. My queerness and neurodivergence have allowed me to build a life outside of neurotypical cis-hetero expectations and I am eager to support others in creating lives that work for them. I love exploring sensory processing, creating environments and systems that work for all kinds of neurotypes, and imagining a world where we all get our needs met.

Amanda Hunt, MS, OTR/L ( TX, CA )

Hi, I'm Amanda, your adventure loving AuDHD OT! When i'm not in OT mode, you can usually find me immersed in my hobbies! Current special interests include bouldering, ocean tide pools, and vanlife.

My passion for occupational therapy comes from a mix of lived experience as a neurodivergent adult, a deep curiosity about how our brains work, and a love for problem-solving with people. I love working together to build environments, routines, and strategies that actually fit your life, not what neurotypical standards say you "should" be doing.

Whether we're mapping out your sensory profile, redesigning your daily routines, or troubleshooting burnout, my goal is to help you live a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and genuinely comfortable for you.
